Kate graduated with an MSc in Audiology from University College Cork in 2024, having previously completed a BSc in Public Health Science at University College Cork.
During her master’s training, she gained extensive clinical experience in both community and acute healthcare settings across the country.
Following qualification, Kate worked as both an adult and paediatric audiologist, carrying out comprehensive hearing assessments and providing personalised rehabilitation for children and adults with hearing loss.
Her particular areas of interest include paediatric audiology, hearing aid rehabilitation and balance assessment. Kate is a member of the Irish Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists.
In addition to her professional work, Kate is an experienced Irish dancing teacher who has competed at World Championship level and performed with Riverdance.
